The Oakland Athletics have to be pleased with Coco Crisp

30-year old switching hitting CF Coco Crisp started this season pretty late due to nagging injuries but he’s trying to make up for lost time. Crisp has played in 57 games for the A’s this year and he is 62 of 226 (.274 avg, .774 OPS) with 40 runs scored, 6 homers, 29 RBIs and 22 stolen bases. He’s also playing very solid defense for the A’s in CF. It’s no surprise that the A’s are hanging in there in the A.L. West as Crisp is a big reason for that.
